Senior people are all we employ at Cross-Rhodes. We bring a wealth of experience as business process & customer experience designers and problem solvers. We also maintain a network of senior consultants from a variety of specializations that we can bring to bear on your unique business issues.


Founder & President

Kelvin Cross is the president of Cross-Rhodes. He has worked with nearly 100 companies in nearly all industries (including technology, telecom, healthcare, financial, manufacturing; from start-ups to Fortune 100). His project work includes strategic & operations planning, customer experience design, and workflow improvements in all core business processes (product development, software development, customer acquisition, service & product fulfillment, plus service & support, customer care, etc.) In over 100 projects he has cut costs & cycle time; plus improved quality, delivery, & service performance.

Kelvin's publications include four books: Quick Hits: 10 Key Surgical Strike Actions to Improve Business Process Performance (AMACOM, 2004); Corporate Renaissance: The Art of Reengineering (Blackwell, 1994); Measure Up! How to Measure Corporate Performance (Blackwell, 1991); and Manufacturing Planning: Key to Improving Industrial Productivity (Marcel Dekker, 1986). He has also published over 60 articles, spoken at conferences, and guest lectured at Motorola University, Boston College, University of Massachusetts, Babson College, and Northeastern University.
